HIGH EFFICIENCY HETEROJUNCTION POWER FET in SMT Package (.25µm x 180µm gate)
The BeRex BCP018B-70P is a GaAs Power pHEMT in a plastic, air-cavity, surface-mountable package.
This device has a nominal 0.25 micron gate length and 180 micron gate width making it ideally suited for
amplifiers, oscillators or other applications requiring high-gain, medium power and low noise from DC to
26 GHz. The BCP018B-70P may be used in either wideband (6-18 GHz) or narrow-band applications.
