The Busbar System consists of a busbar, busbar supports, and screw clamp terminals for terminating wires. Busbars are made of nickel plated copper or coated brass and are 10 x 3mm (.39 x .12 in.) in cross-section. Available in 1 or 2 meter (3'3" or 6'-6") lengths they can be easily cut to the required size. The Busbar Support consists of panel mount bases and snap-on covers. Screw clamp terminals are available in three different sizes. Select the number and types of clamps required. Determine the length of the busbar needed by adding the width "b" of each clamp to be used. Add approximately (1) inch to each end for mounting the assembly. Slide clamps onto busbar from either side and space as required. Tightening the clamp screw securely terminates one or multiple wires.
