The CDSOD323-TxxC-DSL Series, in a SOD323 package, offers working peak voltages of 12 V and 24 V with low leakage currents of 1 nA and typical capacitance of 3 pF. The CDSOD323-TxxC-DSL Series meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) standards and assists in meeting IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements.
