A compact, low profile connector, the PBV Series has a 2.0mm (0.079in.) pitch. These highly reliable SMT connectors are available in both sideand top-entry configurations. They incorporate both polarization and a secure locking feature designed to prevent contact stubbing and backout when mated, making them especially suitable for consumer, commercial and industrial applications where vibration might occur. The Wire-to-board, crimp style disconnectable connectors. positive locking system is designed to fit inside the envelope of the header making it possible to stack the headers close together and still be able to release the positive lock. The disconnectable, crimp style PBV Series connector is available in 2 to 15 circuit sizes rated 3A AC/DC (using 22 AWG) at 100V AC/DC. Wire sizes AWG #28 to #22 are accommodated.
