OVERVIEW The C10066-10 Immunochromato-Reader makes rapid, high sensitivity, quantitative measurements of color intensities for red/blue based immunochromatographic reagents. Since measurement data is saved as a CSV file, it can be analyzed on commercially available spreadsheet software, and calibration curve and time-course graphs then easily drawn. The C10066-10 Immunochromato-Reader is an optimal tool for R&D work as well as quality control of immunochromatography reagent kits. APPLICATIONS ●Immunochromatography Reagent • Development • Quality control Immunochromato-Reader FEATURES 1High-sensitivity measurement with high repeatability The C10066-10 Immunochromato-Reader acquires highly reliable data with high measurement reproducibility. The C10066-10 in this way provides powerful support for developing quantitative reagent kit. Measurements can be made even in low color regions where visual checks are extremely difficult, so the C10066-10 will prove a powerful tool for developing high-sensitivity reagent kit. POWER 12 H A M A M A T S U 2Red-based color line and blue-based color line can be measured with a single unit. 3 4 * PC must be prepared by the user. 567 Supports a wide range of reagents such as for reagent development. * The two colors cannot be measured simultaneously. TPMZC0001EA 3Compatible with different reagent housing configurations The supplied flexible tray fits various reagent kit housings just by adjusting its holders. This flexible tray can also be used with dip type reagent kit. (sold separately) 4Color sample provided to check the C10066-10 main unit makes daily and periodic inspections easy. Dropping Section Reagent kit Housing Flexible Tray Color sample (supplied) for checking main unit TPMZC0002EB 5Automatic color line position detection and color intensity calculation (mABS) 6Calibration curve function can be calculated Color lines are automatically detected to calculate the color intensity (absorbance). Highly reliable data is acquired by a fully automatic procedure from the start of measurement to calculation of absorbance. Color intensity profile data can also be stored as a record of the coloration state. Calculated calibration curve function converts absorbance data to concentrations on a graph. ●Calibration Curve Graph 7Lot measurement and time-course measurement modes selectable Lot measurement mode saves single lot data lists as CSV files that can then be processed with commercially available spreadsheet software. Time-course measurement mode monitors absorbance fluctuations that show how the color changes over time after dropping a sample onto a reagent kit. This allows finding the difference in reaction speed between material lots. ●Lot Measurement Data List ●Time-course Measurement Graph CHARACTERISTICS DIMENSIONAL OUTLINE (Unit: mm) ●Sensitivity Characteristics (C10066-10 vs. spectroscope) 235 1000 100 POWER 10 TOP VIEW 1 Red-based color line Blue-based color line 0 0 1 10 100 1000 10000 92 C10066-10 ABSORBANCE (mABS) 10000 215 R=0.997 TPMZB0001EB USB FRONT VIEW RS-232C 6V REAR VIEW SPECTROSCOPE ABSORBANCE (mABS) TPMZA0001EB SPECIFICATIONS MAIN UNIT Parameter Input Voltage (AC) Power Consumption Interface Light Source Light Detection Measurement Object Dimensions (W × H × D) Weight Max.
