Features such as industry standard packaging, best-in-class thermal impedance, and very low loss 7th Generation CSTBT™ silicon, facilitate a very efficient, economical, robust inverter design. The STD IGBT line-up has been expanded to include new 650V d evices for higher efficiency in 230VAC applications. New design effort is minimized as the 7th Generation STD IGBTs employ industry standard terminal spacing.
