The Powerex T-Series 7th Generation standard (STD) package IGBTs greatly simplify
the design of medium power inverters for various industrial applications. Features
such as industry standard packaging, best-in-class thermal impedance, and very
low loss 7th Generation CSTBT™ silicon, facilitate a very efficient, economical,
robust inverter design.
The STD IGBT line-up has been expanded to include new 650V d
evices for higher
efficiency in 230VAC applications. New design effort is minimized as the 7th
Generation STD IGBTs employ industry standard terminal spacing.

Thermal Impedance Cut in Half
The new SiN DBC baseplate has excellent thermal impedance due to the heat
spreading effects of the heavy top-side copper layer.
