Product Overview NCP59300: Linear Voltage Regulator Series, VLDO, Fast Transient Response, 3.0 A For complete documentation, see the data sheet Product Description The NCP59300 is a 3.0A ultra low-dropout family of linear voltage regulator that provides a low-voltage, high-current output with a minimum number of external components. It offers high precision, an ultra-low-dropout (300mV typical at 3.0 Amp load) while also offering very low-ground current. The device has an input operating voltage range of 2.25V to 13.5V and a maximum input voltage tolerance of 18V. Internal protection features include an output current limit, thermal shutdown and reverse output current protection. The NCP59301 products features an additional output error flag and are available in a 5 pin D2PAK. An adjustable version of the family is also available, the NCP59302.
