MDA-7000 Series CWDM 1 Channel Add/Drop Card CWDM 1 Channel Add/Drop Card The MDA-7000 enables the adding or dropping of a CWDM wavelength onto or from a common optical fiber carrying up to eight (8) CWDM wavelengths in the range of 1470nm-1610nm. System Design With the MDA-7000, you are able to add or drop any number of channels transported over a single wavelength. Optiva™ supports bandwidth of up to 2.5 Gbps per each wavelength (which may consist of multiple video, audio or data signals per wavelength). The MDA-7000 offers the ability to maximize the number of channels transported over a single common fiber and add or drop a set number of video, audio, and data signals, as allocated by wavelength, at different locations.
