V4 • Very thin wall • Rapid installation • Excellent flame retardancy • Low recovery temperature V4 is a very flexible, highly flame retarded polyolefin heat-shrinkable tubing with a low recovery temperature. It has been designed as a cost-effective, environmentally friendly choice for many commercial applications. V4 tubing will electrically insulate and mechanically protect components, terminals and splices. In particular, it is used in applications where space saving is important. Its thin wall allows components to be packed more closely than is possible with standard tubings. Very flexible, highly flame retarded, heat-shrinkable tubing V4 tubing can shrink more than twice as fast as standard tubings, therefore reducing installation time and cost. It has a low recovery temperature (+90°C) which may help prevent the overheating of heat-sensitive components.
