1. EM55000 series chip has a internal reset circuit when external
Provided power (VDD) below its minimum value.
It also provide a pin RESET to do reset from external circuit.
This pin has an internal pull-low resistor. If external apply
voltage above 1/2 VDD on RESET pin, it enable reset function.
When chip is in reset condition, its I/O pins become Hi-z state.
2. Normal The Reset pin is no-use with open this pin, For internal
reset.

5. Brown-Out reset circuit.
A brown –out is a condition where device power(VDD) dips
below its minimum value, but not to zero, and then recovers.
The device should be reset in the event of a brown-out.
