TO-92AP Internal schematic diagram Description The devices are manufactured in low voltage PNP planar technology by using a “Base Island” layout. The resulting transistor shows exceptional high gain performance coupled with very low saturation voltage. The STX790AG-AP is supplied using halogen-free molding compound. Table 1.
