Description The ATR0610 is a GPS low-noise amplifier IC designed for GPS applications. The part uses Atmel’s SiGe1 SiGe technology and is optimized for high linearity, low-noise figure, low BOM and low power consumption. The part features an integrated 50Ω output match and is prematched at the input. Due to internal supply blocking, the BOM is minimized. Together with the small footprint of 1.6 mm × 2.0 mm, the LNA allows for a very compact GPS receiver design. Figure 1-1.
