Connect the test setup as shown in Figure 1. 2. Apply an input voltage, VIN = 85 Vac 3. Apply IOUT(load) = 100 mA 4. Check that VOUT = 19 Vdc 5. Set IOUT to 3.5 A 6. Check that VOUT = 19 Vdc 7.
