Features
The PT8A3201 is a mixed signal CMOS LSI chip
designed for the automatic controller of heat with
•
Dual Volatge (110V/220V) operation
external NTC temperature sensor. The chip drives
• Auto temperature control with NTC
an external TRIAC with full cycle to provide instant
• Multi mode LED indicator
heat. It can be used in both 110V and 220V AC
• Drive TRIAC device to provide fast heat
supplies by automatically adjust the power level to
• Auto power off
the controlled load.
Applications
This device provides three functions:
- Reset state: All input terminals are inactive and
• Hair Curler
output terminals output HIGH level.
• Electronic Oven
• Electronic Radiator
- Auto off power after approximately 1 hour
• Constant Temperature Electronic Iron, etc.
- Auto temperature control: Maintains user selected
temperature according to NTC input condition.
