NSS1C200MZ4 100 V, 2.0 A, Low VCE(sat) PNP Transistor ON Semiconductor's e2 PowerEdge family of low VCE(sat) transistors are miniature surface mount devices featuring ultra low saturation voltage (VCE(sat)) and high current gain capability. These are designed for use in low voltage, high speed switching applications where affordable efficient energy control is important. Typical applications are DC-DC converters and power management in portable and battery powered products such as cellular and cordless phones, PDAs, computers, printers, digital cameras and MP3 players. Other applications are low voltage motor controls in mass storage products such as disc drives and tape drives. In the automotive industry they can be used in air bag deployment and in the instrument cluster. The high current gain allows e2PowerEdge devices to be driven directly from PMU's control outputs, and the Linear Gain (Beta) makes them ideal components in analog amplifiers. •This is a Pb-Free Device http://onsemi.com -100 VOLTS, 2.0 AMPS PNP LOW VCE(sat) TRANSISTOR COLLECTOR 3 1 BASE 2 EMITTER MAXIMUM RATINGS (TC = 25°C unless otherwise noted) Rating Symbol Max Unit VCEO -100 Vdc Collector‐Base Voltage VCB -140 Vdc Emitter‐Base Voltage VEB -7.0 Vdc Base Current - Continuous IB 1.0 Adc Collector Current - Continuous Collector Current - Peak IC 2.0 3.0 Adc Total Power Dissipation Total PD @ TA = 25°C (Note 1) Total PD @ TA = 25°C (Note 2) PD Operating and Storage Junction Temperature Range TJ, Tstg Collector‐Emitter Voltage W 2.0 0.8 °C -55 to +150 MARKING DIAGRAM SOT-223 CASE 318E STYLE 1 A Y W 1C200 G Characteristic Symbol RqJA Maximum Lead Temperature for Soldering Purposes, 1/8″ from case for 5 seconds TL 1 = Assembly Location = Year = Work Week = Specific Device Code = Pb-Free Package PIN ASSIGNMENT THERMAL CHARACTERISTICS Thermal Resistance, Junction-to-Ambient (Note 1) Junction-to-Ambient (Note 2) AYW 1C200G Max 4 C Unit °C/W 64 155 °C 260 B C E 1 2 3 Top View Pinout Stresses exceeding Maximum Ratings may damage the device.
