Functional insulation is provided between input and output circuit. The equipment shall be supplied from DC source that provides reinforced insulation to AC mains. Seperation to components at hazardous voltage has to be evaluated on final system. CC1.0 Model Differences CC1.1 All models are similar to each other except for electric rating and component rating, circuit diagram, PWB layout, and source of source of transformer. Models FEC60 series are similar to each other except for electric rating, Transformer specification. Models FEC40-24S3P3W, FEC40-24S05W, FEC40-48S3P3W, FEC40-48S05W are similar to each other except for electric rating, Transformer specification. Models FEC40-24S12W, FEC40-24S15W, FEC40-48S12W, FEC40-48S15W are similar to each other except for electric rating, Transformer specification. Models FEC40-xDzW (where x = 24 or 48, z = 12 or 15) are similar to each other except for electric rating, Transformer specification. CF1.0 Engineering Conditions of Acceptability CF1.1 For use only in or with complete equipment where the acceptability of the combination is determined by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. When installed in an end-product, consideration must be given to the following: CF1.5 The following secondary output circuits are SELV: All outputs. CF1.7 The following secondary output circuits are at non-hazardous energy levels: All outputs. CF1.11 The power supply terminals and/or connectors are: Suitable for factory wiring only CF1.13 The investigated Pollution Degree is: 2 CF1.19 The following end-product enclosures are required: Mechanical, Fire, Electrical CF2.0 The component is considered as functional insulation and intended to be installed in isolated secondary circuit which is seperated from primary circuit by Reinforce or Double insulation, additional tests of Humidity Test should be considered in the end product. CF2.1 The DC-DC Converter is intended for use with power source provided with overcurrent protective device rated not higher than F3.15A, 250Vac. Underwriters Laboratories Inc.
