These series feature high-speed access that is compatible with CLASS10, as well as 16 bit ECC, and realizes high data reliability. Using technology developed for NAND type flash memory controllers, CF cards, and SSDs, a proprietary algorithm reduces the risk of collateral data errors such as corruption of data other than the data being written if power is interrupted when writing data. These SD/microSD cards are ideal for industrial use. The lifespan of SD cards are also improved drastically. These SD cards are equipped with highly reliable Single Level Cell (SLC) NAND-type flash memory, instead of Multi Level Cell (MLC) type NAND flash memory such as Triple Level Cell (TLC) type NAND flash memory with low endurance, which □ FEATURES 1.
