1. General description:
IPM for servo drive application
Integrated features:
• Safety isolated high side and low
side gate drive circuits;
• Current sense with shunts and
safety isolated amplifiers;
• SMPS (DC/DC) for the drive and
measurement circuit;
• Isolated NTC for temperature
measurement;
• Safety isolated DC link voltage
sensing;
• 3mm Cu base-plate for improved
overloading capability (high
thermal inertia).
