ÿ Fully calibrated absolute pressure sensor with signal
This microsystem is a fully calibrated pressure sensor with signal
conditioning in one surface mounted package based on JEDEC
conditioning
ÿ Ratiometric analog output

ÿ Response time typical 100 µs
against environments.
ÿ Standard package outline based on JEDEC SO20 for
easy assembly
ÿ – 40°C to 125°C operating temperature
The absolute pressure sensor microsystem is a space and cost saving product for low and high volume applications.
ÿ Supply voltage 3V to 5V
ÿ Onboard temperature measurement and embedded
The piezo-resistive sensor bridge converts the applied pressure
algorithm to compensate gain and offset for high
into a signal which is detected by an analog instrumentation am-

The gain and offset compensation is done by a digital circuit. The
on-chip temperature is digitized by an 11 Bit ADC, and combined
application
with the on-chip stored calibration data. The embedded hard-

ware fits the temperature information and transforms the data
ÿ Industrial systems e.g. Air condition
through an 11 Bit DAC to correct the transfer function.
