Crane Aerospace & Electronics Microwave Solutions STZ 200 POWER MONITOR TECHNICAL FEATURE FEATURES Low Barrier Schottky Diode Low VSWR < 1.5:1 to 18 GHz Flat Frequency Response: 0.01 to 26.5 GHz -20 to +20 dBm Dynamic Range DESCRIPTION TYPICAL TRANSFER CURVE The STZ 200 Power Monitor is designed to operate with 0 dBm RF input and no d.c. bias. These devices provide a flat output of 150 mV nominal at +25 C and vary by less than +1.5 dB over MIL-Spec temperature ranges. Commonly used in transmitters for EW, radar or communications, power monitors are a key element in automatic leveling (ALC) loops and in BITE circuitry which indicates system performance status. These power monitors mate directly with SMA or with APC-3.5 connectors. PERFORMANCE @ 25 C Typ.
