The low on-state resistance of the switch allows connections to be made with minimal propagation delay. − Functionally equivalent to QS3251 5Ω Switch Connection between Two Ports Isolation Under Power-Off Conditions Over-voltage tolerant Latch-up performance exceeds 100ma VCC = 2.3V - 3.6V, normal range ESD > 2000V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015; > 200V using machine model (C = 200pF, R = 0) Available in SSOP, QSOP, and TSSOP packages The select input (S0, S1, S2) controls the data flow. The multiplexer/ demultiplexer switches are disabled when the output-enable (OE) input is high. To ensure that the device is in high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to VCC through a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver.
