The product covered by this report is a Switching Power Supply intended for building in and for use
in information technology equipment. The power supply is constructed of components mounted on
a Printed Circuit Board.
CC1.0
Model Differences
CC1.1
The GECA40-XG models are similar to each other and differ only in secondary circuitry. The
GECA40XG models are also similar to each other and differ only in Secondary circuitry. The
GECA40-XG and GECA40XG are Class 1 power supplies and are similar in Primary circuitry.
Differences between GECA40-XG and GECA40XG are as follows:
GECA40-XG models have only one output and the GECA40XG models have three outputs.
Component CY5 is provided in all models in the GECA40-XG except GECA40-12G and omitted in
the GECA40XG Series. CY3-CY4 (Y1 type capacitor) is provided in the GECA40XG Series, and
CY8 (Y1 type capacitor) is provided only in model GECA40-12G in the GECA40-XG Series.
