The e new CLF7 7045NI-D wirewound w SMD S powerr inductors feature f high efficiency and a reliabilitty over a ve ery wide tem mperature ra ange extendding from -5 55 °C to +150 0 °C and offfer rated ind ductance va alues from 1.0 1 μH to 47 70 μH (E6 sseries). Mea asuring in at 7.4 4 mm x 7.0 mm x 4.5 mm, m the CL LF7045NI-D types are available a fo r rated currrents of 0.41 A to 8.5 A and offer DC resistancce values ra anging from 9 mΩ to 1. 20 Ω. Mass s production will be b launched d in August 2015. The new produccts are qualified to AEC C-Q200. Thanks to TDK's advanceed materials techn nology the new n compo onents featu ure outstand ding heat re esistance. A new bonding processs for th he terminalss enables a solderless structural design d that features f im proved mec chanical stren ngth. The fu ully automated manufaccturing proc cess ensure es the high rreliability an nd quality of the ese compon nents. As a result, the new inductors are very y well suitedd for applica ations in dema anding auto omotive env vironments ssuch as the e power sup pply circuits of engine control c modu ules (ECM) and ECUs for airbagss, ABS, and headlights. 045NI-D typ pes with a 7 mm form fa actor compllement the recently introduced The new CLF70 6 mm m square CL LF6045NI-D D types.
