DESCRIPTION
The U74LVC1G86 is a single 2-input EXCLUSIVE-OR gate
which provides the Function
Y  A  B or Y  AB  A B in
positive logic. Inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices.
These features allow the use of these devices in a mixed 3.3V and
5V environment.
This device is fully specified for partial Power-down applications
using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the
damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered
down.

FEATURES
* Operate from 1.65V to 5.5V
* Inputs accept voltages to 5.5V
* IOFF supports partial-power-down mode
* Low power dissipation
* Max tPD of 4 ns at 3.3V

