When handling the module without use of mountain screws avoid excessive force on the cover as it may be separated from the PCB. Installation of LED modules needs to be made with regard to all applicable electrical and safety standards. Do not remove the cover or the glass from the module PrevaLED Core AC is suitable for luminaire class 1, connection of the earth is mandatory to respect safety standards Only qualified personnel should be allowed to perform installations. All PrevaLED® Core AC 800, 2000lm have to be classified according to EN 62471-1 in risk group 1 (RG 1). In RG 1, in absence of UV and IR radiation, no labeling is required (TR 62471-2). Assembly Information Please ensure sufficient cooling of light engine The engine is suitable for wires with AWG 18-24 (0,2mm2- 0,75mm2). The module has to be mounted to a sufficient heat sink with M3 screws. For optimum cooling a thermally conducting layer should be applied between module and heat sink. Further details and recommendation for mounting can be found in the application guide. Production information Due to the special conditions of the manufacturing processes of LED the data of technical parameters can only reflect statistical figures and do not necessarily correspond to the actual parameters of each single product which could differ from the typical data.
