Nach Abnehmen der Abdeckhaube darauf achten, dass der Erdungsdraht auf die Maschinengrundplatte gesteckt ist, bevor die Maschine wieder geschlossen wird! Operating instruction 5.1 Inbetriebnahme 5.1 Putting into operation • Den Halter für das Bedienteil anschrauben. • Das Bedienteil einsetzen und das Kabel an die Maschine anschließen. • Das Netzkabel an die Maschine und an die Stromversorgung anschließen. (Die Daten auf dem Typenschild müssen mit dem Stromnetz übereinstimmen.) • Screw on the holder of the control unit. • Put in the control unit and plug the cable. • Connect the mains cable to the machine and the electrical supply. Maintenance 6.1 Reinigung 6.1 Cleaning • Rollen mit Spiritus abreiben. • Schneidbereich mit Druckluft ausblasen. • Clean the surfaces of the rollers with spirit. • Blow out the cutting area with compressed air. 6.2 6.2 Messerwechsel Vorsicht! Messer sind scharf. • Untermenü 4 Handsteuerung. • Mit der + Taste die Messer in die vorderste Stellung fahren. • Maschine ausschalten. • Schutzabdeckung abschrauben. • Rutsche abschrauben. • Befestigungsschrauben der Messer lösen. • Messer austauschen. Troubleshooting 7.1 Maschine startet nicht 7.1 The machine does not start. Stromversorgung ist unterbrochen. → Netzkabel und Sicherungen prüfen. The electrical supply is disturbed. → Check the mains cable and the fuses. 7.2 7.2 Erhöhter Ausschuss Increasing refuse Die Messer sind stumpf oder beschädigt. → Messer austauschen The stripping-blades are damaged or blunt. → Change the blades. 7.3 7.3 Fehlermeldungen Die Fehlermeldungen werden im Display angezeigt. Nach Beheben des Fehlers und durch Drücken der "Clear-Taste" wird die Fehlermeldung gelöscht. Die laufende Produktion kann fortgesetzt werden, wobei das letzte Stück nochmals produziert wird. Timeout Position → Vorschubmotor prüfen: Untermenü 4 Handsteuerung → Incementalgeber prüfen: Untermenü 7 Test; Vorschubmotor von Hand drehen. Kein Kabel → Drahtende erreicht, neuen Draht einführen. Schnitt LS → Lichtschranke Schneidmotor auf Verschmutzungen überprüfen. Schnitt Timeout → Lichtschranke Schneidmotor prüfen: Untermenü 7 Test. Kabel entfernen → Es wurde Notstop ausgelöst. Das zuletzt produzierte Drahtstück entfernen. 8. Ersatzteile Error messages The error messages are shown on the display. After the repair of failures and by pressing the "clear button" the error message is deleted. The current production can be continued.
