DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: This notification is to announce ON Semiconductor is removing the non critical minimum IL, IGT, & IH specification limits on selected Gate Thyristor Triac products. This is being done as a continuous improvement and standardization of specification limits. There is no change in performance or capability of the product.
