1617AM10 10 Watts, 18 Volts, Class A Linear 1500 - 1800 MHz GENERAL DESCRIPTION CASE OUTLINE 55AT, STYLE 2 The 1617AM10 is a COMMON EMITTER, HIGH GAIN transistor capable of providing 10 Watts, P1dB., Class A, RF output power in the band 1500 - 1800 MHz. The transistor includes double input and output prematching for full broadband capability. Gold metalization and diffused ballasting are used to provide high reliability and supreme ruggedness. The transistor uses a fully hermetic solder sealed package.
