N–Channel Depletion–Mode MESFET
Designed for use in driver stages of moderate power RF amplifiers to 2 GHz.
Typical applications are cellular radios and personal communication
transmitters such as AMPS, ETACS, NMT, GSM, PCN, JDC and DECT.
