Rotate to select Channel 1 Waveform Parameters and set them up as below. (Start: 0.5 V, End: 2 V, Count: 5, Delay: 2 ms, Ramp: 5 ms, End Time: 3 ms) Step 10. Press repeatedly until Graph View is shown in the display. Step 11. Press to source the voltage, and then press to source the waveform and monitor the signal. (The status information will show during sourcing the waveform.) Step 12. Press to adjust the scale of the graph after finishing waveform sourcing. Rotate and press to edit the Y-axis data type, and then select to set the Y-axis data type to the voltage. However, if you modify Trigger Parameters properly, you can monitor the entire output on the B2961A/B2962A without any oscilloscope. For example, let’s try to change the parameters to capture the entire waveforms on Graph View of the B2961A/B2962A. Step 1. Press Step 2. Press Sub-Panel. repeatedly until Ch1 Single View is shown in the display. to change the keys shown in Assist keys, and then press (1) Press More... (if necessary) Step 3. Press Step 4. Rotate (2) Press Show Trigger to edit the trigger type, and then select (1) Press to set the trigger type to TIMER. (2) Press TIMER to select Channel 1 Trigger Parameters and set them up as below. (Measurement Trigger Count: 5000, Measurement Trigger Period: 10us) Step 5. Press to show Trigger repeatedly until Graph View is shown in the display. Sourcing continuous ramp waveform If you’d like to source continuous waveform, take the following procedure. Step 1. Press repeatedly until Ch1 Single View is shown in the display. Step 2. If you don’t see Channel 1 Waveform Parameters, press Waveform Parameters. , Rotate and press (1) Rotate and press Count to edit Count and then press to select to show Channel 1 (2) Press Hide Options, Hide Pulse or Hide Trigger (1) Press More... Then enter the number of trigger signals which will be sent to the instrument as the source trigger count. (1) Rotate and press Source Trigger Count Step 13. Or press to edit (2) Enter Source Trigger Count to set it to INFINITY if you’d like to continue to source ramp waveforms until it is aborted. (1) Press INF. Press to make the instrument be ready to receive an external trigger signal. (The status information will show during sourcing the waveform.)
