Diese verlängerte Garantie bezieht sich nur auf Produkte, die von TDK-Lambda als Geräte mit Limited Lifetime Warranty besonders ausgewiesen sind. Diese Geräte erhalten eine verlängerte Garantie bis zu 5 Jahren, nachdem deren Produktion eingestellt und sie vom Markt genommen wurden (Zeitpunkt festgelegt durch TDK-Lambda), jedoch mindestens 10 Jahre ab Verkaufsdatum direkt durch TDK-Lambda oder einen der autorisierten Distributoren an den Endkunden. Der maximal gewährte Garantiezeitraum beträgt 30 Jahre. Vorraussetzung zur Gewähr der Garantie ist der bestimmungsgemäße Einsatz und die Verwendung der Geräte innerhalb der publizierten Spezifikationen auf Grundlage der anwendbaren Normen aus der jeweiligen Gerätezulassung. Ausgenommen von dieser verlängerten Garantie sind Lüfter, Gebläse und andere Komponenten zur Luftumwälzung, sowie Baugruppen daraus. Diese Garantie beschränkt sich auf den direkten Käufer und ist nicht übertragbar. Sowohl TDK-Lambdas Standardgarantie als auch die Lifetime Warranty erlöschen bei Modifikationen, unsachgemäßem Gebrauch oder Reparaturversuchen von Seiten eines Endanwenders, Kunden oder Dritten.
