PD48-03 TECHNICAL DATA Mid-Infrared Photodiode PD48-03 is a model of photodetector for detection of radiation in the Middle Infrared (Mid-IR) spectral range from 2500 to 4800 nm. The photodiode chip is disposed inside a TO-18 package. The Diameter of the photosensitive area is 300 µm. High speed of response makes it possible for detection of modulated radiation of LDs and LEDs. This kind of photodiode can be used for environment measurements, gas analysis (CH4, CO, CO2), Infrared spectrophotometry, laser detection or analytical instruments.
