APN200708-01 Aug 2007 2.2 各部分元件介紹： 2.2.1 DC 5V Power Connect：直流 5V 輸入端。 2.2.2 Power LED：DC 5V 電源輸入指示燈，當 Power On Switch 切入，5V 電源進入 MSM9056 Open/Short 量測板後，Power LED 會亮起。 2.2.3 Power On Switch：DC 5V 進入 MSM9056 Open/Short 量測板之開關。 圖二 2.2.4 電源部分詳圖 Test/Pass/Fail LED：顯示量測中（顯示為黃色） 、通過（顯示為綠色）、 不通過（顯示為紅色）之指示燈號。 2.2.5 2 Digital Display：顯示量測中之 I/O 腳位，於量測中會閃爍；通過時會 全滅；不通過時會顯示不通過之 I/O 腳位。 2.2.6 Open LED：顯示量測後 I/O 腳位之狀態，亮為 Open，不亮為 Pass； Specifications subject to change without notice, contact your sales representatives for the most recent information. 2/7 MSM9056 APN Ver A SyncMOS Technologies International. APN200708-01 Aug 2007 需配合 2 Digital Display 顯示該 I/O 腳位。 2.2.7 Short LED：顯示量測後 I/O 腳位之狀態，亮為 Short，不亮為 Pass； 需配合 2 Digital Display 顯示該 I/O 腳位。 圖三 2.2.8 顯示部分詳圖 Start Button：量測開始按鍵，於按下開始按鍵前需確定量測程序回到起 點；此時 Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮黃色燈，2 Digital Display、Open LED 及 Short LED 全亮；或按下 Reset Button 亦可使量測程序回到起點。 2.2.9 Reset Button：量測版重置按鍵，於量測完一顆 IC 後需按此按鍵，以確 定量測程序回到起點，可進行下一顆 IC 測試。（任何時候，按下 Reset Button 皆會使量測程序回到起點） Specifications subject to change without notice, contact your sales representatives for the most recent information. 3/7 MSM9056 APN Ver A SyncMOS Technologies International. APN200708-01 Aug 2007 入，此時 Power LED、Open LED、Short LED 全部亮起；Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮黃燈；2 Digital Display 全亮，表示 DC 5V 電源以供應至 MSM9056 Open/Short 量測板。 2.3.2 將待量測 IC 依圖七或圖八所示放置於 48 Pins Socket 上，如有使用轉 接座請依圖五或圖六所示放置。 2.3.3 待量測 IC 放置完成後，請於 Test Device Pin Select 選擇適當之 Pin 腳 數。 2.3.4 按一下 Reset Button 以確保量測程序回到起點。 2.3.5 按 Start Button 開始量測，此時 Open LED、Short LED 會全部滅掉， Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮黃燈，2 Digital Display 開始快速閃爍。 2.3.6 量測完成後如果全部 I/O 腳位無異狀，則 Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮綠燈， 2 Digital Display 全滅。 2.3.7 量測完成後, 如果部分 I/O 腳位有異狀，則 Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮紅燈， 2 Digital Display 顯示有異狀之 I/O 腳位，配合 Open LED 或 Short LED 之亮燈，表示該 I/O 腳位 Open 或 Short；此 I/O 腳位有異狀之顯示至 Test/Pass/Fail LED、Open LED、Short LED 及 2 Digital Display 全 滅為一個循環，重複顯示，直到按下 Reset Button 才停止。 Specifications subject to change without notice, contact your sales representatives for the most recent information. 6/7 MSM9056 APN Ver A SyncMOS Technologies International.
