APN200708-02 Aug 2007 2.2 各部分组件介绍： 2.2.1 DC 5V Power Connect：直流 5V 输入端。 2.2.2 Power LED：DC 5V 电源输入指示灯，当 Power On Switch 切入，5V 电源进入 MSM9056 Open/Short 量测板后，Power LED 会亮起。 2.2.3 Power On Switch：DC 5V 进入 MSM9056 Open/Short 量测板之开关。 图二 2.2.4 电源部分详图 Test/Pass/Fail LED：显示量测中（显示为黄色）、通过（显示为绿色）、 不通过（显示为红色）之指示灯号。 2.2.5 2 Digital Display：显示量测中之 I/O 脚位，于量测中会闪烁；通过时会 全灭；不通过时会显示不通过之 I/O 脚位。 2.2.6 Open LED：显示量测后 I/O 脚位之状态，亮为 Open，不亮为 Pass； Specifications subject to change without notice, contact your sales representatives for the most recent information. 2/7 MSM9056 APN Ver A SyncMOS Technologies International. APN200708-02 Aug 2007 需配合 2 Digital Display 显示该 I/O 脚位。 2.2.7 Short LED：显示量测后 I/O 脚位之状态，亮为 Short，不亮为 Pass； 需配合 2 Digital Display 显示该 I/O 脚位。 图三 2.2.8 显示部分详图 Start Button：量测开始按键，于按下开始按键前需确定量测程序回到起 点；此时 Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮黄色灯，2 Digital Display、Open LED 及 Short LED 全亮；或按下 Reset Button 亦可使量测程序回到起点。 2.2.9 Reset Button：量测版重置按键，于量测完一颗 IC 后需按此按键，以确 定量测程序回到起点，可进行下一颗 IC 测试。（任何时候，按下 Reset Button 皆会使量测程序回到起点） Specifications subject to change without notice, contact your sales representatives for the most recent information. 3/7 MSM9056 APN Ver A SyncMOS Technologies International. APN200708-02 Aug 2007 入，此时 Power LED、Open LED、Short LED 全部亮起；Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮黄灯；2 Digital Display 全亮，表示 DC 5V 电源以供应至 MSM9056 Open/Short 量测板。 2.3.2 将待量测 IC 依图七或图八所示放置于 48 Pins Socket 上，如有使用转 接座请依图五或图六所示放置。 2.3.3 待量测 IC 放置完成后，请于 Test Device Pin Select 选择适当之 Pin 脚 数。 2.3.4 按一下 Reset Button 以确保量测程序回到起点。 2.3.5 按 Start Button 开始量测，此时 Open LED、Short LED 会全部灭掉， Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮黄灯，2 Digital Display 开始快速闪烁。 2.3.6 量测完成后如果全部 I/O 脚位无异状，则 Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮绿灯， 2 Digital Display 全灭。 2.3.7 量测完成后, 如果部分 I/O 脚位有异状，则 Test/Pass/Fail LED 亮红灯， 2 Digital Display 显示有异状之 I/O 脚位， 配合 Open LED 或 Short LED 之亮灯，表示该 I/O 脚位 Open 或 Short；此 I/O 脚位有异状之显示至 Test/Pass/Fail LED、Open LED、Short LED 及 2 Digital Display 全 灭为一个循环，重复显示，直到按下 Reset Button 才停止。 Specifications subject to change without notice, contact your sales representatives for the most recent information. 6/7 MSM9056 APN Ver A SyncMOS Technologies International.
