To do so, contact your local ON Semiconductor sales office. DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: This is a Product Bulletin announcing ON Semiconductor is making a change to the MDC3105LT1 datasheet. The datasheet will be updated to reflect the following parameters being respecified from 40C, to 25C. There is no change in the product performance. With the new 25C spec, parts will be tested for these three parameters to guarantee performance. The 25C limits were set to guarantee the same performance as the -40C specification.
