NSEB is certified to QS9000, ISO9002, ISO14001 and SAC level 1. The Initial PCN regarding this change was #13270 issued Dec. 16, 2003, and is available at www.onsemi.com. HTB High Temp Bake 150ºC for 1008 hours 80 x 3 lots PC MSL2 Preconditioning IR at 260ºC, PC-AC PC-Autoclave 121ºC/100% RH/15 PSIG for 96 hours 80 x 3 lots PC-TC PC-Temp Cycling -65ºC to +150ºC; for 500 cycles 80 x 3 lots ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTIC SUMMARY: Device parameters will continue to meet all Data Book specifications, and reliability will continue to meet or exceed ON Semiconductor standards.
