(1) Output short-circuit protection operation changeover function Changeover to the output short-circuit protection of IC is made by the setting of OCPM pin. (5) Timer latch time (Tscp) The time to output OFF when an output short-circuit occurs can be set by the capacitor connected between the CEM pin and GND. If the VG pin voltage is not boosted sufficiently, the output cannot be controlled, so be sure to provide a wait time of tONG or more after setting the ST pin High before starting to drive the motor.
