The UX2016 transimpedance amplifier provides a
compact low-cost/power solution for 1.25Gbps

these features make the UX2016 well suited for

750 X 1000um2 die size, available as die

Differential output
OC-24/STM-8.
The UX2016 is available in die package form,

compact 750 x 1000um die area makes it easily
assembly into a TO-can header with a photodiodes.
The UX2016 is designed for combining with the
UX2115 Limiting-Amplifier. When mounted with a
suited PIN, the chip set forms a high performance
receiver.

used.
