DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMUDM8005
is an Enhancement-mode P-Channel MOSFET,
manufactured by the P-Channel DMOS Process,
designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and driver
applications. This MOSFET offers Low rDS(ON) and
Low Theshold Voltage.
