Description
TO-220AB
STPS4045CT
This dual center tap Schottky rectifier is suited for
switchmode power supply and high frequency DC
to DC converters.
Packaged in TO-247 or TO-220AB this device is
intended for use in low voltage, high frequency
inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection
applications.
