They accept 3-phase input power from compatible UPS systems (208V, 20-60kVA) and distribute single-phase (120V or 208V) and/or 3-phase (208V) output power to compatible PDUs in your data center’s equipment racks. Power distribution through individual output breakers and corresponding output cord sets (sold separately) increases flexibility, balances critical loads and provides branch circuit over-current protection. Power Distribution Centers include a trouble-free breaker panel mounted in a heavy-duty 42U rack enclosure. Any qualified electrician can wire the breaker panel, so you won’t need to hire costly specialists to add new circuits. The 3-phase UPS system’s output connects to the Power Distribution Center’s built-in input circuit breaker, neutral bar and ground bar. Output circuit breakers snap into the breaker panel and wire to output cord sets. Output cord sets are routed through the roof of the enclosure to overhead cable managers and into your rack enclosures, where they connect to compatible PDUs. Each breaker panel includes 24 ¾-inch and 29 ½-inch knockouts for wiring flexibility. The enclosure’s open floor supports raised-floor installation, and a reversible side panel with two conduit knockouts supports concrete-floor installation.
