Description
TwinChip™ Series DO-15 are very low capacitance
SIDACtor® thyristors are designed to protect broadband
CPE equipment, such as VoIP and xDSL modems from
damaging overvoltage transients. The series provides a
through-hole solution that enables equipment to comply
with global regulatory standards while limiting the impact to
broadband signals.
