VLMU3500-385-60 and VLMU3500-385-120 – Minor Datasheet Corrections
On October 13, 2015 Vishay introduced new ceramic-based, high-power UV LEDs with silicone lenses
for exceptional long life time. In a datasheet review we found that there is some information missing and
we decided to add further diagrams. Additionally, we have to make some minor changes in the
dimensions of the tape drawing and improved technical data.
For details, please refer to the table below, where all changes are explained.

Package dimensions:
Arrangement of polarity marks corrected in drawing
Package dimensions:
Visible internal structure added in top view for better
identification of polarity

Drying time at 60°C + 5°C and <5% RH for all device
containers changed from 96 h to 24 h
There is no influence on form / fit / function of the products.
The updated datasheets, Rev. 1.1 from 02-Feb-2016, have replaced datasheets from Rev. 1.0, 18-July2015. Hyperlinks to the new versions are included in this Fast Fact and will be available on the Vishay
website by the end of February 2016.
