74LVC08A QUADRUPLE 2-INPUT AND GATES Description Pin Assignments The 74LVC08A provides four independent 2-input AND gates. The ( Top View ) device is designed for operation with a power supply range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The inputs are tolerant to 5.5V allowing this device to be 1A 1 14 Vcc used in a mixed voltage environment. The device is fully specified for 1B 2 13 4B 1Y 3 12 4A 2A 4 11 4Y 2B 5 10 3B 2Y 6 9 3A GND 7 8 3Y partial power down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down.
