DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
・Prescaler divide ratio: 8/16/32/64/128 (depends on the product)
・Built-in, direct, power-saving function
・Serial input programmable reference counter, swallow counter and
programmable counter
Spansion's serial-input PLL frequency synthesizer IC family of 11
products incorporate pulse-swallowing-circuit technology for
increased accuracy. The built-in prescaler circuit features the
dual-modulus prescaler topology. These low-noise frequency
・Built-in high-speed tuning, low-noise phase comparator,
constant-current-charge pump circuit
・On-chip phase control for phase comparator
・Digital locking-detector circuit to detect PLL locking and unlocking
synthesizers can operate at a range of 50MHz to 3GHz.
