CPI’s Solid State Power Amplifiers are reliable, highly-efficient and easy to maintain. The VSS3627-3 Solid State Power Amplifiers are designed for indoor high power driver applications as a replacement for TWT amplifiers. The units cover the 3.1 – 3.5 GHz frequency band. GaN transistors are combined into 1.5 kW bricks which are air cooled. Two 1.5 kW bricks are internal to the VSS3627-3 to generate the 2100 W output power. The system has the capability to incorporate more 1.5 kW bricks to achieve higher power levels required for other applications.
