When the total logical capacity is 2TB or larger, logical drive created at the factory is limited up to 2TB. For the rest of the capacity, please create logical drives as you need by the utility of the RAID controller. Write Through is set as default in the RAID controller. For higher system performance, Write Back operation with battery backup unit or CacheVault is recommended. (Please refer to the User's guide for how to change the RAID controller settings) Write Through Write is done synchronously both to the cache and to the HDD. Write Back Initially, writing is done only to the cache. The write to the HDD is done later separately.
