The board employs an industry-standard fixed-point 16bit DSP controller design and operates either as digital firing gate board
or as stand-alone digital controller board. An auxiliary firing board is available to extend the drive capability up to 12 SCRs.The
gate angle delay generation is fully digital and accepts analog control inputs. The board implements load current control loop
and/or load voltage control loop. It accepts current feedback either from Current Transformer or insulated DC current feedback
(0-5V or 0-10 V). Isolated RS485 and CAN interfaces are also available as optional using an auxiliary communication board.
